The existing HR department in Ulm, which actually includes myself, needs your support in the wohle range of the HR cycle of our colleagues, starting from recruiting (the next job advertisment in this Blog could be done by you), followed by the onboarding topics after hiring new colleagues up to training organisation and close cooperation with our marketing department for social media, job fairs and other events.
